Scrapp’n Savvy - Card Kits - Birthday Tag Pop-up

Learn to create this unique tag/card for your next project! This card features a brown & Silver Mirricard “Happy Birthday” on the front, which opens to a fun pop-up surprise inside with the words “Make a wish” and a slice of cake with balloons. The overall color scheme is brown and blue with silver accents. Our card kits come pre-measured and pre-die-cut so all you have to do is supply the time and adhesive to put it together!
